Bill's 42 year professional career includes the last 17 years involved with Fairweather Lodges. Bill has been opening new Lodges for both his own agency and others regionally, including assisting Lodge Members in creating Perry Apex Services Unlimited. This successful Lodge Business employs Lodge and community members providing professional supplemental transportation services for Perry, Cumberland, and Franklin Counties to areas as wide as Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, and Scranton.

Ruth Isler represents the board from Allentown, Pennsylvania.

Trevor Johnson is a board member located in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Sharon Kingston is a clinical community psychologist. Her research interests include neighborhood effects on individual and family well-being with particular emphasis on identifying aspects of successful parenting in high-risk urban neighborhoods, prevention and health promotion in low-income communities, factors related to early initiation of substance use among children and adolescents and program evaluation.

Brendan moved into the Newport Fairweather Lodge in October 2006 when looking for a supportive environment to support his recovery. Brendan continued in his career at the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation. He lived there for 10 years until he was married and now counts his wife as his current support. During his 10 years in the lodge, Brendan names his fellow house mates as being the great support he needed. While in the lodge, he volunteered his skills for the Coalition for Community Living (CCL) as a board member. In 2023, Brendan was elected to the office position of Treasurer for CCL.

Aimee Santee has explored various avenues in human services since 2005 and has been a Lodge Coordinator at Step By Step, Inc. since 2022. She has been trained as a Certified Peer Specialist as well as a Certified Personal Medicine Coach. She values autonomy and believes that having a mental health diagnosis is not the end of the road; it's just a start of a new journey.
